TL1000s in bits Empty TL1000s in bits

Post  jgs9000 Tue 26 Mar 2013, 12:12 pm

I have a TL1000s in bits in a garage in Brisbane. 97 model, something around 50K -> 60K on the odo (would have to check). Bike had a minor
crash and was dissembled for repairs but never went any further. Comes with quite a few new upgrade bits still in boxes: brembo brake gear, new
tank, some other stuff. Complete as far as I know. Was hoping for maybe $1000 for the lot as is if someone will come and take it away?

Bugger I had sent him a pm last week and was looking at this for a project

Forks are bent and possibly the frame Just hadn't managed to reply to his pm yet as I only got a reply to this at 1.32pm today

Oh well never mind I will look for another project to keep me sane

Indeed sold to the enthusiastic gent standing at the back (wearing a fine pair of new Dianese boots too...).

I'll be more interested than anyone to see how this pans out. I expect we'll see plenty of updates here, Gus?

PS: sorry STI-REX - Gus was first off the block to contact me about it. If he gets cold feet I'll let you know ;-)

This one looks good Gus:

But I found a lovely red one that is in Griffith - see my Tyre Kicking thread.
