You know that plastic bump under the battery .May hold abs on that model .(not mine )

Its the one that makes adjusting the shock annoying .

Well ,i managed to get rid of it and i'm well pleased .

They even had it there on my 1200 for an ABS unit Gus. I had to take it off to fit the CSXR1000 shock. Me 1250 has ABS and I just checked it out this morning whilst getting ready for some mods tomorrow. Cripes ! It looks like some kind of nuclear reactor sitting there. All these extra bits on the 1250 must add up to some extra kilos. But I do love the smoothness of the power delivery.

ps. You might want to think about a rear hugger now Gus. That ABS tray sheltered the rear shock from a lot .
