Fluoro & Full Leathers

First topic message reminder :

I read in yesterdays paper, that a local Highway patrol cop wants us in full leathers all time when we are on the bike, and also fluoro jackets. He says that it will be law in 18 months. And I'm guessing it'll start a state to state thing. I just hope that when it happens, every biker will join up and ride against it because if we don't, we'll be stuck with it.

I have to admit i really wouldnt worry about a hi vis vest if i had too but when some old bugger cant see the eye chart at rta but still keeps his licence a hi vis vest aint going to save me.

As for leathers i cant wear cow for religious reasons

yeah..same..i signed that one,and thats where this came from,apparently after GP in Melbourne,on the monday,there is a protest in Elisabeth St,in reguards to a few issues.

I`ll be down for the GP,so while in the neighbourhood,I may as well!!

The sooner you Victorians actually get serious about this shit by having ONE person from ONE organisation with ONE concise message (and stick to the bloody message) to the government the better.
