Hey guys. How do I calculate how many litres per 100ks? For instance last run I did: 12.86l to 235.2 kilometres

Fuel used divided by distance travelled. In the example you gave it's 12.86 ( litres used ) divided by 2.352 ( Distance travelled in hundreds of kilometers ) = 5.47 l/100km' to two decimal places. Pretty sure that's about what mine does too - but I don't bother checking it much any more.

5.4 is good consumption figures. I normally get 7+ per hundred. Might be more to do with gearing and right hand than anything else though

I've just started using this http://www.fuelly.com/dashboard/

I have it on my phone so it'll be easy to quickly enter the figures and keep track.

Incidentally, I went to holeshot stage 1.6 ( secondaries still in, totally open lid, stage 2 settings on tfi). I have never had trouble with surging and the engine has always been smooth (even before I went to stage one). But the difference is amazing.

Saikhan: Do secondaries now, You'll love it. You do lose a touch of the engine braking though. The freer revving is worth it

I found something out this morning. On the old 1200's after you've you put it on reserve a few K's later not only does the little fuel pump icon flash but the whole display starts flashing at you. I'm guessing this means "Fill up NOW". I've done 225km.

Why have I bothered to tell you this? Because typing it might help me to remember to fill it up before I try to go home.
