I know there are a bunch of Sydney guys on the Forum, so:

I'm taking my family to Sydney for the weekend and looking for somewhere decent for Saturday Dinner, not too outrageously expensive and a decent meal.pig

Anyone want to make a recommendation? Question

I know its unusual for a Vic to flog anything in NSW in fact it’s a hanging offence here but I'll take my chances because you're a mate Wink
Google turned up these.

No recommendation - but do not go to Torque Restaurant at Fraser Motorcycles.
Overpriced with crap service, & chefs who would make better mechanics than cooks.

there are a few places at Sydney Olympic Park ... but I must admit I have no experience with these two but I have been to the Newington Armory eating place which was excellent food and there is some history there as it used to be Building 13 when the RAN had the armory, a place I actually worked at for about 3 months

Thanks for the replies, so far, I'll check those out.

I'm staying near Ryde, it's hard to get accommodation for 4 adults (youngest is now 18) for reasonable cost.

But I don't mind driving (do about 50,000km per year) so anywhere good, city, inner west or North or South no problem.

Don't worry 2wa your secret is safe with us. Laughing
