For 2010 the bandit as we no it will no longer be, the bandit will be a naked bike only and the "S" version will be a GSX1250FA and will have full fairing and both have black motors and is no longer called a Bandit. Apparently they have already been launced in Europe.
It may not come to oz, I guess we have to wait and see.

It looks like the 2010 naked bandit has the same headlight/dash/cowl as the Gladius.
The 'S' version is no more and has morphed into the suzuki version of the fully faired tourer.
