Best mod or accessory?
What is the best mod or accessory you've done/got for your bandit?

So far, getting rid of the stock exhaust and putting on a carbon Yoshi R77 slip-on. 4 kg in weight saving and 100% improvement in the looks department.

Heated grips and only $70. I know it's boring but when it's really cold I love that switch.

X2 to the heated grips!
Gear wise, it would definitely be the Scala G4 headset. They make group riding with mates so much more fun!

I would concentrate on items which make a machine run or do something better first over looks - but with the Bandit family, the exhaust bazooka is just too big. Vote 1 aftermarket can. Everything else is hidden.

MMMMMMMMM all of them hahaha
Mod: Probably the "freeby" opening up the airbox lid. the motor just feels so free all the way to the top of the RPM

That's going on to my list for the weekend.
I enjoy having a gear position indicator thanks to Healtech - the 1250s doesn't get one as standard. With loads of torque throughout the rev range, it's not always that easy to know what gear you're in without a GPI.
