Yamaha YG1 (1963)

This came up for sale in Hobart for $450 . I thought it was cheap ,so bought it. Have had it for about 4 weeks but this arvo thought it was time to have a good look .

That looks like a good buy Gus. I reckon there are plenty of collectors that would take it off your hands, even around here.

I work on a theory that $450 in the bank is going to earn me nothing ,so i'm better off with a bike .(or two, 12 actually ) I was told it went but I never tried to start it because I knew it was B>S. Parts seem aplenty but riding this on the road seems unlikely due to size and 70cc .

I was wrong , made a small loss . Never mind it was useless where I live on top of a steep hill .
Ended up going and looking like this
