Gumtree Bandit

First topic message reminder :

There has been a very rough looking Bandit (2003) on Gumtree the last week . (Huge 9'' headlight )
It looked about a 2 out of ten ,unknown mileage ,filthy , no front fairing due to it hitting a parking metre . Asking price $900
It's now living in my shed and i'm $800 poorer .
It hasn't moved for 3 years.
Now it gets interesting after seeing what I have bought home .

That's exactly the same as mine.
As far as I know, having had it 13 years, not to be the case with a CDI, only an ECU.

So....I`m a bit lost, he sold it for S.F.A, because he hit...who cares what, and it only damaged the fairing..no bent forks, or frame structural damage???? AND, it`s a new bike, relatively speaking??
I`ve still got my owners manual, and tool kit under the seat.  (Still don`t understand why people remove them..."Ahh, I can`t find it", or, "I lost it") 

Anyway, KEEPER!!!!!!!
If you want to sell the 9", and the parabolic is still shiny, let me me know???

Didn't Ross put an oversized headlight on his 1200 when he converted it to a naked?

$25 for a front headlight and $20 for the arms ,take care of the frontal area . I was never a big fan of the Mark 2 fairing anyway .
