Interesting that the review will be into why the prosecution failed, not the actual underhanded tactics of the coppers in the first place.

Anyone notice the date of the article?

The SMH article was dated Oct 6, 2013, however the female reporter mentions "September last year" making the booking in Sep 2012, so that's over a year to go through the court system.

I didn't even look at the date
