Crash bars
Fitted some SW-Motech crash bars and some highway pegs. I like the bars but am a bit unsure if I will leave the pegs on. The main idea for them is so that every now and then the pillion can put their feet on the riders pegs to stretch out a bit. Just a plan for longer trips.
I also installed a Power Circuit 8. It's a very well made piece of kit.

Re: Crash bars
Hi Saikhan,
I'm keen on getting crash bars. Was there much mucking around to fit them? Did you have to take the headers (and whatever else) off to fit them? How much were they?
Cheers
Tony.

Re: Crash bars
They were very easy to install. The long bolt for the front engine mount is replaced with a longer bolt provided and 2 bolts per side for the bottom engine mounts are replaced by longer ones as well. That is it, no header removal required. I am at work now but tomorrow I will take some pics and scan the instruction sheet . I did replace the bolts they provided, they aren't stainless so I used stainless ones. They were $239 from Motorrad Garage. I have dealt with them a few times and they have always provided excellent service.

I cannot post photo's anymore. Used to be able to but nothing works, I don't even get error messages. So in short no photos for now.
