Early Spring Alpine ride - Photo heavy
I have a free weekend coming up this week. I was thinking of heading out Friday to Mansfield and Whitfield, maybe up to Myrtleford then heading down the Alpine Rd over the weekend.
Any body interested in tagging along?

Re: Early Spring Alpine ride - Photo heavy
wish I was close enough to do it as a weekender, have a great ride.
Can you keep an eye out for some cheap basic accommodation for the week between WSBKs and Grampians for mwe? I don't care how basic, I reckon the budget will be tight by the time I'm away for 2 weeks.

Should be a nice ride MM. Any chance you could survey the Eildon - Jamieson - Mansfield road? I know it is now all sealed.

A sitrep would be good MM. I'm packing up the camper and heading to Mansfield for a few days before going to the Island. Mansfield - Jamieson - Eildon will be the first ride.

The Jamieson pub looks good, but unfortunately i wont get too sample it rooms or fine dining. Some hot rod club had booked out the whole place. Mansfield was also slim pickings. Got a room at the Mansfield motel for $145 .
Eildon -Jamieson road is worth the effort 60ks + of tight twisties and some fast sweeepers

Could you repeat that MM - Mansfield, $145 per night! Has a gold seam been discovered there! Ouch.

Are you coming to the Grampians after the Superbikes?
Because we're planning on doing something similar between the weekends

What's wrong with YouTube Brian?
Bump the bit rate if you're losing quality. Anything over 6500k should be good enough.

Are you finalising it as an MP4? If you export as a WMF youtube has to do a heap of converting.madmax wrote:2wheelsagain wrote:What's wrong with YouTube Brian?
