Just thought I'ld join up so i can read up and talk about these great bikes. My first real big bore bike was a 2001 1200s bandit then a 1125cr buell but after spending about $1000 every 8 months on the buell I gone back to a bandit. This time a 1250s with a few mods.

Bike has pc-5 yoshi cams, quickshifter air box mod with K & n filter,2nd throttle bods removed. arrow headers and yoshi slip on. Thats the most of it. Made 98 rwhp stock now makes 143rwhp plus make 97 ft lbs of torque vs the stock 87

Yes I do have 1 for sale and I did not join to sell it as i don't realy need $100.
I've was reading 1 or 2 post about people that have put a slip on and after market filter but have made no fuel changes so i just thought i would put it out there. but if the admin wants to take it down I will understand.

I still dream of owning a Buell some day, don't tell me that it will turn into a nightmare. I hope you were spending a grand a month on fuel and tyres because you were riding the wheels off her.

The buell 1125cr was a great bike to ride. but they have a lot of problems (clutch and stator and not cheep to fix) I'll try to upload a pic of my old buell and my bandit
