Carb syn.............
First buy $50 worth of chips .Cover them with a full bottle of tomato sauce .Eat all the chip by yourself . Clean the sauce bottle .Make the end a little larger, and insert clear tube .Half fill bottle with fuel and hang near bike .NOT over it . Carbs nearly balanced now.

Dunno about the carb tuning Gus - but if ate $50 of chips I'd still be on the shitter!
PS: maybe a tip I need to be watching for the XS.

How does it feel after the sync? I presume it shouldn't feel like it has a hot cam anymore
Not sure on the sauce bottle with fuel. I'd be more inclined to use an old dirt bike tank to be honest. I'm not keen on fuel in plastic that it isn't rated for fuel for any long periods of time.

I would like a metal tank too, but I must confess to using a 1l gear oil container because it has a nozzle on it that fits the fuel line.reddog wrote:How does it feel after the sync? I presume it shouldn't feel like it has a hot cam anymore

I could have got by with the fuel only in the hose , it used so little. Much smoother .

Gear oil container is a better idea as the plastic can handle petroleum productsRe-Cycled wrote:I would like a metal tank too, but I must confess to using a 1l gear oil container because it has a nozzle on it that fits the fuel line.reddog wrote:How does it feel after the sync?
