I've seen that bike! It's in a cafe,( that is also known locally as the worlds smallest motorcycle museum), up at Dorrigo.
There is a huge write up on the bike with pics of the build on the wall behind where it's displayed. From memory, it was built not too far from this area.
If you look at the muffler & imagine it red, what do you think it used to be?
