G'day all you old bastards I'm back. Well a smaller version is back anyway.
Hello to all the fresh meat who have found their way to the site in my absence.

I have learnt a few things while being "occupied"
* I miss home
* My partner is very resilient
* Sydney riders are all squids
* Sydney gets bloody hot
* Sydney gets lots of rain
* Not being able to say goodbye to my dog when he was put down knocked the shit out of me
* Its never too late to hug your kids

Anyway I have posted this here because 2013 will be like a rebirth for me.

Hope to catch up with some of you soon. I'm still on leave until mid April but will only be having Sundays off although I will be in Melbourne once a week.

not all Sydney riders are squids,there are a lot of them about though, I've seen females on Ls wearing just about nothing.
it is too hot in Sydney, there the days I don't ride .. usually, I did venture out for a couple of minutes during that record breaking hot day, the temp gauge was reading 45.5c when I got home

Welcome back, Chris. I'm looking forward to seeing how your project worked out.

I will be staying at Mt Beauty on Thursday and Friday nights, a small group of us decided that we would do the "fun" part of a Philip Island trip without the added expense and hassle of a visit to "The Island".


I don't know if you caught up but I'm riding a DL1000 at the moment (yes I know it's not a FZ1 )!

It's currently hotter down South than it is up here at the moment.


I'm hoping not to break any rainfall records like I did last year, other wise I will have to rename the 'Strom "Rainmaker II"!
