Givi V47 tech
Today my Givi Topbox arrived from Italy. I can't recommend this ebay seller enough. Awesome service and fast delivery <2weeks.
So this afternoon I couldn't not spend a little time removing the Ventura rack and fitting up the Givi Stuff.
GIVI V47NT EUR 171,44
GIVI 539FZ + M5 EUR 70,00
Shipment to Melbourne Australia EUR 105,00
Total EUR 346,44 ( 345,00 ..)
Total A$450
Fitting is straight forward so I didn't worry about taking step by step instructions
As you can see the V47 can contain 2 large full face helmets
Now that's a big arse
Sometime later I might get the silver bits painted in matching blue
There will be Ventura bags & rack for sale soon.

Re: Givi V47 tech
I believe it was the same seller I used, Lugi from CENTRAL RICAMBI
My kit cost me AU$1,255.22 landed to the door 1 week after ordering (this included 200 euro shipping). Twisted Throtle in the US were 47% more expensive, and the local Canberra shop 62% more (and there were no shipping charges on the local cost). Considering bike shops do orders in bulk, their shipping cost should be lower than my one-off, so I'm afraid I can't see how they justify a 62% markup. I suppose there is the issue of what if something is wrong/broken, but at these prices I could order 3 more of the same part and still be ahead.
I emailed Lugi at centralricambi@gmail.com to arrange everything, he is usually pretty quick answering the emails given the time differences. Sent about half a dozen emails back and forth to finalise colours and types, Lugi can source almost any Givi part, a lot more parts than what is listed on the shops web site in the above link. I know of at least one other on this forum who used him, all three of us have been more than impressed with his prompt service, parts were delievered a week after ordering, all in the original Givi packaging. No problems with any part, everything fitted perfectly.

No it wasn't Central Ricambi. I emailed them about it and never got a reply.
So I used ebay. The seller is piequonline and they were excellent. At first they only had the V47tech case in their store and after I enquired about it and got the postage quote I then asked him if he could get me the rack and the plate. He then put together a special package just for me on his ebay store. Delivery was fast, less than 2 weeks and awesome communications. I would definitely use them again.
