Easter Rides.
OK, the Big Bunny is just about upon us. ( and I'm not talking about Stephanie ). I have mentioned that Jan and I are riding up to Rockhampton and back just for the Easter weekend. Round trip, about 1300kms. I've told her that if she can do this, then she can pencil in Phillip Island. I know it is one of the worst times to get out on the roads with the "morons", but one must do these things. I'm hopeing that the cost of petrol might keep some cages at home. Tipped to go to $1.65 lt . Anyway. Who else is planning on taking a reasonable trip this coming festive weekend ? Where to ? And so on. I'll take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy and safe Easter. Watch out for all the "Spams" .

Naaa, no rides for me. The Bandit will do more kms getting wheeled in and out of the garage I reckon. Got house stuff to get finished, and re-wiring my other toy. Might have to take the kids out for a pushie ride and burn off those easter eggs!
Stay safe and enjoy your ride Hammy.

No riding for me either. Going camping and can't tow the camper with the bike.

Not for ne either. We're working with all but essential leave cancelled.
We generally dont burn over easter or school hols but I have just checked my email and the minister is wanting smoke in the air.
Too many c@ckgeads on the road anyway.

I'm working in Coffs across Easter, hoping it will be a bit of a working holiday like Chris is currently engaged in.
So I guess I'll be one of the "cackgeads"

Down to Sydney to see my kids. To and from work which is 10 minutes away. Thats all. Plus it is double demerit points. Shudder.

We can still enjoy a ride while sticking to the limits though.

I think I ran over one of those "cackgeads" in the car once. Wow, they're as big as a FNQ Canetoad.

You don't have to speed to have points removed.

Rear tyre is coming up to 17,000k and won't be able to replace it till after Easter, so I've got to save what's left for work. A'holes at work will probably want maintenance working o'er Easter anyway.

Don't do that. They will think you are giving them ride instructions and follow you. You will be their ride captain.

No ride for me either, can't get 4 on the bandit, (in some countries you'd prob get 6 on it!) We are heading to un-zud in the big kerosine budgie to refresh my accent. Might get a ride in while I'm over there on one of my bro's bikes.

Re: Easter Rides.
I`ll be passing you on the road...well probably not. I`ll be doing my usual 4 week journey down to Briz from Gladstone, but i`ll travelling at night as per usual, and leaving Wednesday night. Thinking about a trip to Stanthorp, only thinking, prob stay in the big smoke and catch up with fam and friends and head back to Gladstone Sunday night. Less traffic and caravans to worry about
