Ride on the Gold Coast April 14 up to Hinterland - interested?

Howdoes everyone feel about a Gold Coast Ride on Sat 14th April ..
Plan Could be: meet at Nerang then I will take you through some interesting roads near Canungra then across the back way into Tamborine.. I know a couple of good spots round there..then may be a coffee somewhere up there.. then back another route to my place in Molendinar for a late lunch sausage sizzle/BBQ ... swim if you want .. leave when you want.. if anyone wants to get a bit pissy , we have a spare room.

Any chance of changing it to the Sunday ? I work Saturdays. (suk) Jan and I are riding up to Rocky at Easter. Hope this wet spell clears by then.

In the interest of research, i took another ride up the mountain today , nothing to do with the perfect weather and no cars on the road!, the round trip from my place is about 85k's and allowing for stopping etc Id say plan on 3 hrs or so.
Took some shots to temp you. Hope we can get a few on the ride , lets get some more votes for sat or sunday I can go either day

Ok Yes I agree.. it is only a week away today... Please post here SAT or SUN. Looking at the long range forecast it doesnt look good for Sunday. So I think Saturday at this stage would be a better bet

I am keen on the idea QG, but, will not be able to make it next weekend, being to soon after Easter. Had time off to do our Rockhampton ride. Count me in for a ride in the coming weekends though.

Ok.. I think the idea was there but didnt suit the majority, perhaps just bad timing, Frustrating thing is it promises to be a nice day tomorrow... If anybody still wants to go riding reply here tonight and I will get up early to see if its on... perhaps a realistic time is to meet here at my address at 10am - its 28 Gemini circuit Molendinar 4214.. its cool if it doesnt happen,, its an open invitation
