First topic message reminder :
The guys are total assholes I don't care what anyone says, The should make it illegal for one semi trailer to overtake another. Last night in absolutely pouring rain six of the bastards blocked me in and I had nowhere to go. Zero visibility, all I could see was dull red spots called tailights. 2 trucks side by side in front, one on my left, and three close behind me blowing their horns. all of us travelling at 120 kph. I ended up thinking I was going to die anyway so I dropped down 2 gears and tore up the middle before peeling left off the freeway.

Kaupy, sorry to hear you had the missfortune of being confronted by a group of 'cowboys'.
Fortunatly not all of us truck drivers are like that, & I really don't like being labled that way!
& as for you whingers amongst us, have you spent much, (if any) time in a truck? Maybe you should get to sit beside a truck driver for a week & see what it's like to put up with ALL (car, motorbike, truck, bus, & taxi) drivers are really like! I go to work each day hoping that I won't have to avoid some other dickhead's stuff-up & write myself off in the process of doing so! I really like the idea of getting home each day to see my family as much as the rest of you.
As for sorting out the rail transport system to take trucks off the road, (getting into every town etc) I hope it DOESN'T happen while I'm working. I already pay too much in taxes, could you imagine everyone being taxed 50% to pay to upgrade the rail system! No thanks.
