Size.........

Does one one know the size of the copper (?) gaskets that go into the head for the headers to squash on the 1250 . I guess they talk O.D .

Not sure Gus but I know when mine was changed under warranty they reused the originals.

Stud torque is only 16ft/lb too which doesnt sound like a lot.

The part number is

14181-18C00 same for the 1200 and the 1250

Outer dimension is 42 mm
Inner dimension is 34mm

thickness is 4.25mm

well that is what the ones i just fitted to my 1200 were and i checked the part number on

I still have the copper ones that came with the Delkevic headers (see my other post) as i had already gone out and bought the original suzuki gaskets as i was told the headers didn't come with gaskets

I took the headers off when i gutted the cat and i dont think the headers re-seated exactly .
