You could buy a near new or brand new B1250 for that much coin.
Shop around - look on bikesales.com.au. Monitor the ads - the ones that sit there for weeks are off the mark or something is wrong with the bike.
100,000kms you have got to be considering replacement parts like shock absorber, fork rebuilds, chains / sprockets, clutch, brake pads, rotors. Check the compression - might be up for a re-ring. Check the airbox drain tube for excessive amounts of "blow by" oil.
My 2 cents.

if it's 100 kms (and not 100,000kms) then I'd question the accuracy of the reading. If the bike looks like it's only done 100kms then I think it's still a bit high of a price as prices go by year of manf mostly, not kms.
If it is a genuine 100kms then you'll still be up for some fixing IMO - tyres, rust in tank, gummed up fuel system and the like.
It could also have been a track bike or similar maybe and then had the speedo put back on.
It may have had a replacement speedo added for what ever reason, look into the service history if you can
You never know, it could also be genuine, someone brought it, for what ever reason didn't ride it (deceased estate come to mind) and then bike was sold to dealer.

Re: 2006 gsx1400
My first road bike was a GPX 250 with a genuine 1600kms on the clock. The bike was 5 years old. Yes the tyres were in needof replacing as they were hard, but I rode it til they were worn out. I replaced all fluids and it was a brilliant bike for the 24000kms I rode it 2up with my wife. Don;t judge anything by and advert etc. go and take a look for yourself. Sometimes there are bargains to be had, especially with people that buy a bike and hate it within a few hundred k's etc.
A GSX 1400 is a very good bike. They still hold value quite well for what they are.

Yeah, they go alright I s'pose Bikesales have a couple of low K bikes for sale, this is just a quick NSW search. Hopefully that should give you a bit to work on if you are so inclined

Re: 2006 gsx1400
i would rather buy an 06 gsx1400 with 20,000km's on it than one with a 100km's and pay a grand less.
One its cheaper, so the money is in your pocket. 2, you know the bike been used so there is less likely to be stuff wrong with it....
And 3, the 1400 are such a big motor that they are likely to have never been stressed so what 20,000 even 40,000 even 60,000km's? really....
