6/2000 Bandit 1200s parts required
Hi all,
It is a 6/2000 1200s Bandit, I believe referenced to as mk11 with ET type headlight. Most of the parts came with the bike when I purchased it but I'm still short a couple of bits. Such as front fairing bracket (cluster, headlight, bracket). Instrument cluster surround, the black plastic filler panel. Engine header pipes. Rear brake leaver.
I would like to sort out these bits and get them fitting up correctly before I paint the bike.
Any help finding these parts would be appreciated.

I can't help you with any of those parts but I've found Metropolitan Spares in Sydney good to deal with one of the blokes there is a bit of a Bandit enthusiast I believe.

Thanks for your reply, I was in hope of finding someone that has removed their factory gear to build a street fighter. There is also Victoria Motor Cycle Wreckers and another in NSW but unfortunately no parts. Found one in the USA but the freight is prohibitive. I will try Brisbane next.
I have attempted to repair the one on my bike BUT it was r00ted and not good enough. A jig of an undamaged one would have been handy.

Hi Zenon,
Have you found a set of headers? I have a set from a 2004 in exc condition. I'm near Canberra.
Tony.

Hi Tony,
Thanks for your reply.
Even better, I purchased a complete bike for parts. It works out a great deal cheaper.
Only problem now, the bike I purchased is better then my original. LOL great problem.
Thanks,javascript:emoticonp('')
