Grampians trip

Hi All
Had some time off last week, so I headed to the Grampians with a couple of friends, was great weather, and great scenery, So I thought I would share some pics of the trip as I had a great time

Do I see a much darker cat stain on the ride compared to home?

Its quite possible, the only difference is that I had just ridden about 2 hrs then stopped and took the photos, so the cat would have been quite hot at that point.

If you ever get the chance you should take a look, although if you head north west of the grampians, most of the roads are long straight and boring.

There are some really nice spots around thats for sure, I should have added this photo earlier from one of the look outs overlooking Halls Gap.

wow...what an awsome view, now i really have to get down there one day for a looks around...might have to get you to give me a list of places/roads to explore when i go for my adventure

Well its a little way off yet.
I will be coming down for a journey next year some time.
I am going to have some time off work.
When is the best time for riding? will be in the second half of the year.

Probably the best time of the year would be around Oct, Nov and Maybe even Late Sept. any earlier and its to cold any later starts to get a little warm plus you get all of the Christmas holiday campers and traffic.

Yeah well i reckon it will be late september, early october.
