Greetings from Central Illinois, USA
Hi,
Took delivery of my 2011 GSX1250FA a week ago today. Only 200 miles so far but I'm impressed. The motor is a gem. Hopefully I can contribute, seems like a nice site (been lurking for a while now).
Only driveway pics so far. Hope to change that in the next few months.

Welcome... is that a cannon on the side of the bike
She's definitely black. Rim stripes or poliished rim edges might break up the black a bit if you want some quick mods to make

So how do they convert bikes to left hand drive
G'day and welcome. We share a common interest and like in colours. I remember when mine used to look that clean

Thanks for the welcome. The lawn actually looks better in the pics than it does in the flesh.

Welcome aboard.
I find it hard to believe you are a yank though as I cant see a patriotic flag in any pic?
You got the fastest colour so that scores points.
Where in Il?

Just outside Decatur, about 185 miles south of Chicago. Right in the middle of the cornfields. One of the reasons I went with the GSX instead of something more sporty was the distances involved in getting to the fun roads. I do at least 150 miles of interstate to get to the nearest curvy road. If I have time for a big day ride I usually head for the Mississippi River to ride the twisties that run though the bluffs along the river.2wheelsagain wrote:Welcome aboard.

My GF is from Chicago. Worked for Service Honda before coming over.
With that riding before the fun starts you can compare notes with our Reardo
