Life after / beyond Bandit
Had my Bandit serviced today (18K) at Suzuki dealership.
Whilst i was there, I had a browse and could help thinking ... is time move on from Bandit?
What caught my eye was Ducati Diavel. To me, it looked a mighty mean machine.
However, two things held my urge to move on from Bandit.
First, I ride on daily basis and Givi top box is godsend. I could imagine a top box on Ducati.
Second - $25K price tag.
Then I pondered about Suzuki B King. Cheaper, but ... hmmm not sure. Not as refined as Ducati.
What do you recon? Will you ever move on? If so, what will be your set of wheels?

Re: Life after / beyond Bandit
I'd buy another V2 Aprilia Turono in a flash .I was doing 25,000 kls a year on mine .Does everything the Bandit does with more attitude .Bandit is
more fun to modify though .Bought my Tuono new for $17,000 so not to bad .Not making them any more, but there is a new 09 Grey one at my dealer
that keeps saying Sell the Bandit ,sell my 05 Turono and buy me .Ive done the figures and i'd have to give them both bikes AND money .
I'st going to happen .Mind you if i was paying your rego prices it might .Seating position of the Tuono and Bandit are VERY close .
YES please.

I love the B-king.. In black, not the newer blue/white.
Big power, up right riding like the bandit and not too many of then around.

Id like the B King for what it does. Its a pitty it's fooking ugly.
As a tourer, if not a Busa I think the new Kawa 1000 is worth a closer look. Not sure how it stacks up $$$ wise though.
As a short trip or hoon machine the new GSR750 gets the not

Am addicted to the torque.
Dont think I could see myself going back to a high revving bike anytime soon.

My next bike would be my last ( if the Bandit isn't already) and I've gpt to have a Guzzi before I die.
My Bandits already broken down once so I've got a taste of the Guzzi "character".
