Re: Ice breaker.
My bike reg would make a good personal plate for a bloke I work with. He spotted it too.
My car is easy. Has two O and two 0 in it and for a while I kept getting bills from the toll companies saying I hadn't given the correct rego for a day pass. Had some interesting discussions over that!
I can remember some others. So Gus its just you but its ok because I reckon DW can sell you something to help and he's a good bloke remember

Sadly, can go through about 15 cars and scooters, it's a numbers thing I guess, I can add Licence, Mastercard, TFN and govt service numbers... where my career has taken me I s'pose - I probably need to get a life!

I got a mate that can't say all the phone numbers he knows, but can dial a lot of numbers to people he knows.
Re: Ice breaker.
As I said I can't remember the rego number on the banidt, but I can remember the rego of my first car - HWW 481.
I can remember my service number, A325400, and I've been out of the RAAF for over 11 years, but I can't remember my current 4 digit pay roll number that I've had for those 11 years.

Ha ha b12Mick... irony of the payrol number, is that because you have a minister of finance whom does that stuff? Some of us have a CEO and CFO...

Hahaha, I had the same minister of finance and home affairs when I was in the RAAF. No, I'm pretty sure it's because I had my service number beaten into me at rookies, if you didn't remember it you had to do a couple of laps of the parade ground or 20+ pushups. Whereas in civvy street no one really cares about your payroll number that much.

Now that would do it B12M! Bugger of a way to have to remember something, I expect sometimes if that was imposed on me i'd be running daily marathons... Hope the RAAF was good to you!

Re: Ice breaker.
I have personal plates on my car and you can probably guess what they spell. As for the bike the first part is 1DD (Drunkdriver I guess) the rest I care not to divulge on a public forum
Hopefully there is more than 1 silver bandit in WA with similar plates

I'd endorse that sentiment - you don't have to be a Top Gun fighter jock to have an enjoyable career - I enjoyed my 21 years and, yes, like you blokes, I'll never forget my service number A321855, then O321855.

Re: Ice breaker.
I'm one of those lucky ones that has a service number, an employee number (which is completely different) and because I still work for the same organisaiton in a different role, yet another employee number.
What is really really sad, I can still remember the serial # of the first pers wpn I was issued.

Sometime you post things up and think ,thats interesting and hope it will get going only to fall flat on its face. Then you ask "can you remember
your rego number "and it goes to nearly 3 pages,go figure.

Baz's Motor Cycle

Bandit Motor Cycle (except I don't have a Bandit anymore) ... hmm maybe I should change it to GSX now
