G'day all, I have a red '07 1250S non-ABS I bought slightly second-hand; was looking to buy new, but being tall and reasonably lanky wanted to sit on one, asked around a mate through work had one, and offered to bring it around for me to try, and offered it too me at a price that was to good to pass up, especially as it incuded panniers, top-box,Radguard etc.
Stock Dunlops were shot at 2100k's rear and 3000k's front. Replaced with Conti's.
I have fitted a Micron pipe, lower narrower handlebars, removed the secondaries.
BTW I found that adjusting the mirrors so the stems were straight out meant I did not need mirror extenders.
I am a Spare Parts Manager at a Nissan/Honda car dealership, and can supply Continental tyres, AFAM sprockets, Tsubaki chains,Rock oil,Denso spark plugs, Nolan or X-lite helmets at a large discount to members.

At 2100kms when the stock Dunlops were "roo-ted" I replaced them with Conti TourForces, got 6500kms out of the rear;it wasn't totally worn out, but was getting a little sqirrelly, so I have now fitted a Road Attack to the rear; front is still a tour force.
