After attending this you will be the expert and we will willingly listen to your pearls of cornering wisdom!
Nice gift.
See if someone can be there [which is where?] to take some decent photos. You'll be dragging a knee as you turn into your drivway after this, I imagine

Re: Mac park - cornering school
haven't done a cornering school but have done a few advanced ride days which concentrated on cornering, braking, road position and stuff like that to make it safer while on the road.
my advice is to go with a well maintained bike, lots of fuel and an open mind.
1. listen to the instructors
2. practice what that tell/show you
3. listen to their feedback
4. bleed them for any and all info you can
5. don't be afraid to ask questions even if you think it's irrelevant (except the "how long is a piece of string" one)
6. ask the instructors for tips on how to do it better/safer/easier
7. now return to point number 1
Don't forget to give someone else some time with the instructors as they are there for the same reason as you are and thy may ask something you haven't thought of. you can learn as much from fellow riders on these days as you can from the instructors.
Once finished don't think of yourself as the best/safest rider out there cause you ain't, you have new skills and techniques that will help you get better and better if you practice them.
Have fun and enjoy the experience
