I have just purchased a new Bedourie camp oven from an Adelaide business and the entire process took around 18 hours.
Here is a copy of the review I sent to the freight company, Toll.
I thought it was worth sharing.

I ordered an item from Snowy's Outdoor in Adelaide around 4.00pm yesterday (21Oct2020).
It was delivered around 10.00am this morning (22Oct2020)
I am truly godsmacked at such a fast delivery.
I purchase online quite often and it typically comes via Sydney. The time from Sydney to Tasmania is often more than a week.
I have concluded that these deliveries are going via the other Sydney in Nova Scotia, Canada.
When doing reviews, I will suggest to my suppliers that they should consider Toll as their preferred freight service.
Thanks for the excellent service.

I'm still waiting for a MRA Vario Screen from Germany, 5 months so far! I'm beginning to think it's gone via Mars Exclamation

MRA rings a bell, I'll have a look in the shed over the weekend.

Apparently it's arrived at the dealership. 5 months to arrive in Australia and 5 weeks to ship from Queensland to Victoria. Since when did AusPost start using donkeys to deliver interstate scratch

Yep Australia Post service is in tatters.
Maybe time to start paying it's CEO a salary based on the service performance to the Australian public. Right now I reckon she's due for a bill.
