Bimota will be fielding a two bike team for the 2014 WSB season. Great news for bike lovers. Hope they do well.

Yes, it's running the 1000RR Bemmer power plant, with a claimed 190hp. They have to produce a minimum of 1000 units by next December, so a few lucky Ozzy's may get their hands on one.

Makes you laigh when the BMW S1000RR can be had for around $20k on road. I'd expect the Bimota will be nearly double that.

Well, a standard DB8 is about $48,000.
But the one with a carbon fibre swingarm is ................................................... $88,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (not a typo).

Bimota is Back
Yes I Have seen a DB8 and sat on it in Australia.
Been told 3 in Australia so far.Standard is 48 grand but the big 1, full race is 98 from what I`m told.
To look at they are a work of art.I could have stood and looked for hours.
With a duke 1198 sitting under it the bike is very slim and looks small with a 19 litre tank to boot.
You have to see to admire the quality of work put into this hand made machine.
Would be nice to have money........................lol
still prefer a Bandit, parts are easier to get.
