Saturday Night Riders - Sydney
I belong to a group called Saturday Night Riders (find us on facebook). Saturday nights we leave from five dock shell (the one with kfc and officeworks) arrive at 7.30 departing 8pm sharp. The rides usually consist a 2 hour ride finishing somewhere for food and coffee. This weekend I have organised the ride which will finish at manly Via mccars creek road. Come down and say hello (ill be on a blue and white gsx650f with flashing lights).

Nice one, Matt.
A good, healthy way to spend a Saturday night. Rather than the obligatory brain cell bashing and then bashing someone else's. BEWARE of Maccas drive through!
Keep up the good work, spread the word that two wheels on Saturday night rocks.
Pitty I can't join you. It's past my bedtime. Lol

Burst his bubble, 2w.
He's out enjoying riding with like minded people. It may be in a city environment, but that's where he lives.
Once again. Good on you, Matt.

Can't people have a personal opinion on this forum any more?
I don't ride from café to café either because that's not what I enjoy doing. Good luck to anyone who does though. FFS!

Wow , hey, wait a minute. What are you asking ? Some people probably think I'm a moron. That's OK. But I am definitely NOT Gay ! Not that there is anything wrong with that. It is just not on my agenda at present.
I actually know some gay people . And they seem quite normal, I mean , they are normal, compared to other people who are not so gay but sometimes are not as normal as some people who are gay and are normal all the time. I once meet someone who I thought was gay, to later find out that they were not, in fact gay. How funny is that. I mean. who can pick em ? Not me. Because of course I am not gay, and therefore would not be able to tell if someone who is gay was gay or not. At this time. So I hope that clears things up, BUDDY. Fella. Mate. Gotta go and chop down a tree now. You know ? Mans work. Grrrr. Love it.

As long as you don't hijack Matt's thread.
BTW city riding is not my thing, or night riding really but I can see the attraction of meeting other bikers for food and drink.
I guess living outside the large metropolitan areas we are spoilt for choice but in the city you have to make the most of that.

Re: Saturday Night Riders - Sydney
Ive not been able to ride at night for the last five years as I owned a 2004 Bandit that Suzuki failed to install a headlight in at the factory. They opted for a revolutionary new lighting system back then, a tea light candle. No joke, I only ever rode at night once, coming home from Motogarage in Canberra when he didn't finish my bike till late at night. It was terrifying. The high beam is great if theres no other traffic, but when you dip the lights its like you've turned them off! The lights on the newer Bandits however are terrific as I noticed on our Cowra trip.
Matt I think its great you and your mates go for a ride on Saturday nights. What a cool way to hang out and catch up with your friends. Good onya mate.

No there not! I mentioned it to Dave about his as it was so bright, he rides around on highbeam
Mine has HID's installed, better but not great.
I also noticed Hammy's, yep a tea light!
