'91 VFR 750 for sale.
First topic message reminder :
Have bought yet another bargain bike. So one has to go.
Expressions of interest before she goes on ebay.
Bought from a guy who spent time and money fixing the fairings from a slow drop and then sold because of baby on the way. Plastic welded and painted in Ducati red, she was immaculate when we got her. In the 4 years that my wife has been riding her, she's been dropped doing a u turn on a hill and fell over when side stand sunk into grass. So has plastic damage again. Tacho doesn't work. Remote fuel tap disabled. Everything else works as it should. Fantastic torquey V four sounds awesome through Staintune. Gear driven cams, these motors are tough.55000km original. Red with white wheels. NSW rego until late Jan. $2000 Newcastle Nsw
Photos to follow.

By the look of that picture your going to have to undress Rhonda Gus. She might have to become a hardcore street fighter. Not sure about the Knuckle duster rear sets though, maybe not that hardcore. ( Don't tell Katut )

Gus, you need a team of riders to do a relay to get your new toy up to you!
Pick me, pick me

Not a bad suggestion, if you want to save some driving, Gus.
I could get her to Taree. 2.5 hours south of Coffs. Steve could run it north if he can get to Taree.

Ride it to the Sunny Coast, then get a bus home!

Bugger, I won't be able to help you out on Sunday Gus. We'll be heading off to go to Orange early that morning

Ok. So Rhonda is getting a ride to her new home. In the back of the good old Aussie ute.
Thanks to Chris for riding to meet Gus and making it there, despite running on fumes for the last 30 km.
Thank you to Gus for being so understanding and for giving Rhonda a new home.
Enjoy the V four grin, Gus.

Re: '91 VFR 750 for sale.
Since it is original i'll try and keep it that way . Ive started at the back and am working forward .Aiming for a "neat job " not an expensive , perfect one .
Fairing panels are going to be awkward as I'm not going to pay for a pro re-spray .I don't have a manual yet so its taking time .
I'm having fun even in a 35deg shed .

Gus: "taking time" ... what? You've only had it 5 minutes! If you don't slow down you'll need a 5th bike sooner than you can say "Holy VFR Batman".
PS: I'm getting a bit ashamed that I haven't even started on the XS850 yet so, yep, am getting envious! But I do have a manual so maybe after Xmas I might get to it AFTER I get the Bandit's fuelling sorted.
