Metzeler Tyres
Put a set of the Metzeler M5 sports tyres on the front and rear.
Fantastic feel from them.
I got around 9000kms when they were on my 2005 and i hope to get some more out them on the 2010 model, considering my riding style has slowed down a little bit.
The wet weather performance is fantastic, as I hit torrential rain just out of Cann River last year - rivers of water across the road and I could only go at a snails pace, but not even a slip out of shape from the
Metzelers. They have the variable belt tension tech so that there is a bigger contact patch when on lean angle and less when cruising on the freeway.
Pretty good price to be under $450 for the pair I think.
If you are unsure of Metzelers, give them a go. Everyone has Pirellis and Bridgestones and Dunlops but try something different and see how you go.
