Only Six Sleeps To Go.

First topic message reminder :

Less than a week till Some of us get to hear 2w's voice for real, not to mention seeing him on the box.

I'm sure that all members hear who have conversed wih 2W on this forum will be watching. Kinda knowing someone, even if it is only via the net makes it seem more personal. On ya mate !

Great to see you reconnect to your son. I have watched all the series so far and I think you and Mark have been right up there with your efforts and I think from what I have seen so far you are worth the award. Certianly have appeared better then 'midpack' to me. Top job and again it's really great to see a father and son connected and friends.

Ok just a small brag I have clocked up 46kg so far. 6 to go to my target. That should take about 4 weeks. All still going well and not struggling with the diet etc.
Mark is up to 53kg but has a much higher muscle mass and looks much better than me.
I look like skin and bone and have lost a lot of muscle.

Hey 2W. Would Mark mind you posting up a pic of himself here ? By the way. I have shed a few kilos and am already feeling better in myself about it. In some ways thanks to you and Mark for lighting the fuse.

Well my thrust at stardom has come to an end
I'm a little sad but on reflection I'm immensely proud of the journey Mark and I have taken and succeeded in (almost) I personally only have 5kg to go and I hope to seal the deal by 2 June when the final show goes to air.

Thank you one and all for all your encouragement and support. I do have some good mates

I dont watch TV but from those pics you guys did AMAZING.

Any tips for those of us playing at home. Cant afford more go fast bits for the bandit but I sure can afford to lose a few KGs off the rider.

Mate just make the decision to do something about it and stick to it.
Set smaller goals first.
Weight loss is 80% diet so if you don't have that locked in you're kidding yourself.

Still if it was easy there would be no need for trainers or gym instructors

My FitBit scales emailed me this morning saying I had cracked 48kg lost

Well guys the show comes to an end next Tue night.
Personally I think its gone to shit the last 4 weeks.
Too much negativity and over inflated egos. Mark and I would have blitzed them at the end.

Anyway I have cracked 50kg lost and its been sn awesome experience.

Are your sure 2WA you're not the incredible shrinking man from that old movie? Maybe I can sneak you into the PI MotoGP in my tankbag!

PS: 50kg is better than even you hoped for so next time I'm down you can have two lettuce leaves. Bloody well done.
