New Tassie Member

G'day my name is Steve and I am from Tassie. I am very new to the forum, only spotting it last night. Picking up my new (secondhand) Bandit 1250 next week, can't wait!! Getting back into it after a short break for kids. Looking forward to the new relationship and the experience of introducing my son and daughter to the 'magic' of motorcycling. The count down has begun!

Thanks Gus, don't tell too many people how nice it is down here! I am in Hobart. The whole island is excellent riding with heaps of bendy stuff as you may have seen. Believe it or not but we are heading into winter and there are some of the nicest 'crisp' riding to be had; just gets a bit cool early and late in the day. Really looking forward to getting to know the Bandit. Only had one test ride at a bike shop and it felt right. The next day one popped its head up on the internet in Tassie and said buy me; it must be fate!!
