Mon morning, 4/4/11.

Anyone got monday off? I have the morning to kill. What better way than a quick blast. Was thinking of a trip down the coast, perhaps, Royal National park, to Bulli, up Bulli Pass, then left down to Albion Park and up Macquarie Pass. Maybe down Kangaroo Valley. Brunch. Then return via any means necessary or suggested. Maybe via Picton. Depends on time. I have to be Back at Smithfield by 1 or 1.30. Otherwise, I'm open to other suggestions that get me back by said time. Probably a 7 or 8am start would be best.

As there are no takers, Ive decided I wont do this run. I will decide on a shorter run in the morning. I have to work a night shift anyway. Might do a short run out to Wisemans and beyond. See how things go.

peak hours during working weekday Andrew.
I went on the wednesday night ride with NSWR and the battle through peak hour to get to meet point was just madness.
plus that's a long ride if you need to back by 1.30pm

I did a different run as posted. Left at 9am, as Baz mentioned. Peak hour. Had no traffic probs. Headed out towards Wisemans Ferry, turned right and did the Galston Gorge. Headed to Berowra, then Old Pacific Hwy to Peats Ridge. Left to Mangrove Mountain and to Wisemans Ferry. Stopped on the other side of Wisemans Ferry for a feed at the Kiosk. Good coffee by the way. Headed back to Smithfield from there. Had no idea where I was going. Asked a nice elderly Lady at Berowra the best way to get to Wisemans, she mentioned crossing at Berowra waters, then gave me a map and told me the bikes like Old Pacific Hwy. Did that instead and found my way via Mangrove Mountain. Had an Awsome time finding my way. Have never really ventured much North side of Sydney, other than straight up the F3. Heard of all these areas on forums and bike mags. Feel like I have it covered now.
