Hi from Wagga
G'day all. New to this forum. Found out about this site thru Bandit Alley.
I've got an 02 model 1200s, had it from new. I'd rate it the best bike I've owned (but trust me that's not hard). More importantly, I'd rate it the best bike I've ridden for the money.
Unfortunately I don't get out for real rides as often as I'd like, a distinct lack of money sees to that.
I come from a motorcycling family. My dad rode BSA's and Nortons in England during the late 40's early 50's. My sister rides a VTR1000, her husband rides a Vulcan, my wife has a 750 monster and my eldest son has a FZ6N and the youngest regularly pillions with me (but only on 'fun' roads). The only one who lets the side down is my brother. But he sort of makes up for it by 'racing' MG's.

G'day and welcome Mick.
Nice selection of bikes you named there.
Where do you ride for an "interesting" ride?

Re: Hi from Wagga
thanks for the welcomes.
interesting ride for me really depends on the mood. I suppose my favourite semi local roads are, in no particular order.
Broadleaf Park road (Rosewood to Adelong)
Tumburumba to Jingellic
Jingellic to Albury
Cabramurra to khankoban
Gundagai to Tumut via Brungle
Mangoplah to Holbrook via Pulletop and Westbrook.
Wagga to Tumbarumba via Humula
