Hello from the Fossil
Hello all
Been hangin around for a week or two while I've been thinking about a new Bandit. Well I finally did the deed and bought a new GSF 1250 SA but unfortunately due to work I can't pick it up for another 10 days. Oh well, it's the same work that lets me buy my toys so I really can't complain too much.
Seems like a nice bunch of folks here and there's a lot of good info to be had with a bit of digging around - I hope I can make some useful contributions at some stage.
Cheers
Glenn.

Welcome mate. It's good to see a GSF with another score on the board.
There's some silly blokes here who might use Fossil to fuel some jokes

Re: Hello from the Fossil
Thanks for the warm welcome everyone - I'm really looking forward to picking up the bike ( or should I say take delivery of ) next week so I can see what I've been missing out on.
Only ever had one other Suzuki, a few years ago now, a GN250, I suspect the Bandit will be slightly more entertaining.

Re: Hello from the Fossil
They certainly are. During the break in period they said not to go over 5000rpm (I think), I rarely found the need to get out of third around town. Bandits are easy to ride and can move (quickly) when they need to.Fossil wrote: I suspect the Bandit will be slightly more entertaining.
