Handlebars - What are best
My 07 1250 bars are standard, but, i find them a little high for my liking.
Was wondering what other people have used?
I dont want to put fatbars on, as that would raise the bars.
Pretty much want the top of the grips to be around where the bottoms of the grips are now.
So, sticking with 7/8 bars, and as best, the same overall length as OEM what is out there ?

Search for handle bars, there's a few different things people have done.

Gonna slap some Renthal Ultra Lows on it....
Will probably do the drill job for the switch gear locator, not big on filing them down.
Though i do realise you leave a mm so it grabs....Have thought of an option to make sure that
work even better.... 25mm heat shrink tube from Bummings, place a 5mm wide piece of it in the
right spot and that will give the switch block a grip point.
Before i set the positions i will use masking tape to protect the bars and to make ref marks on.
Am probably also going to trim the bars back to the same length as the stockers....about 15m each side
and chuck some Oxford bar ends on.... keep the stock setup aside.

Re: Handlebars - What are best
Just came up from the shed.... Fitted ultra lows...trimmed 15mm off each end and drilled the locator holes... Got some Oxford bar ends for it which I need to spin down the insert to fit the bars..... Will take pics then...
I am stoked how good it looks on my crimson red bike...
