Hi from Brisbane
Hello everybody & thanks for allowing me to join.
I've just bought a 2007 GSF1250S with 87000km. I've owned about 30 road bikes over the years but this is my first bandit & I must say I'm surprised how much I enjoy riding this bike. I've already starting tinkering after following advice from everyone here. So far 17 tooth front sprocket, speedoDRD, pirelli angel gt2 tyres, remove secondary throttle butterflies, airbox mod, oil, filter, plugs etc. I've also ordered a set of delkevic headers & once they arrive & I've fitted them, it's in for a tune. The way this bike delivers it's power & it's comfortable riding position encourages me to just cruise instead of trying to go fast everywhere. I'm 60 this year so just cruising is probably a good idea for me.

Welcome to the forum, which part of Brisbane?
I've just returned from my brother's at Caboolture South, managed to spot a few Bandits in the 2 weeks I was up there

Nice Pub near there, my daughter and I went there in 2012 while staying with a mate in Eatons Hill on our way home from Moranbah on the BanditGlenno wrote:Hi Chook, Thanks for the welcome. Re: Hi from Brisbane
Hi there, I too have a 2007 1250 S which I use almost exclusively for touring. I post a load of rubbish under RIDE REPORTS. Nice bike, te bandit, and this forum has turned out to be a pretty friendly bunch. That's why I joined from afar.
