Painting rims
The rear rim on my 2010 bike is a bit manky and I was thinking of rubbing it down and hand painting it with the wheel still on the bike.
I have visualized myself sitting on the ground, with the bike on centre stand, rolling the rear wheel around as I brush on some basic old hard enamel.
Any tips, advice, comments?

Hi,
Can't remember where it is but pretty sure "ewok" & another put info up. Under this post there's a similar topics list that includes Polished Rims, that could cover removing the paint at least. Cheers M

Have done it that way plenty of times even with polished edges with no masking up . Use Acrylic rattle can and rub off overspay straight away with petrol on a rag . Use satin finish not gloss .
