Never really thought about it , but if you wanted to wind back a digital speedo may be a reset would be possible but probably only to zero ???.........replacing the speedo would also be a possibility .

On the 2008. Maybe, at 7500 km the guy seemed a bit vague, maybe lost something in the lingo.
On the 2010, No, at 1865 km no description or language problem there.

Guess you've gotta go with your gut and with what you'll sleep better with. not much diff in price really.
Think there's a GSX1250FA on bikesales that looks good as well.

Look for wear and tear, a high K bike will have signs of wear on the grips, seat etc. There maybe head stem scratches from keys and paint wear on the footpeg guards.
If it's really low ks it should look almost new

I have some doubts about mine, 21000km and there was a fair bit of wear on the seat (a worn patch and small split on the high edge where you throw your leg over) and definite key wear around the ignition. And the fuel filter was horribly gunked up. But the rest of the bike is super tidy and it runs like a dream. Guess that’s what really matters.

Re: 2008 speedometer
I'm looking at a 2008 1250S for sale as well with low kms.
Does anyone know what happens when the digital odometer exceeds 99999? Does it clock over back to 0, or can it handle numbers with 6 digits?
