New Gen 1 Cafe

Just picked up this 7/96 1200. Not sure whether to continue down the cafe line or go back to original as I have a bare '99 frame available. Do the later model centre stands fit, even the 1250? I have all the cafe parts to finish it as well. Will get some pics up of them when I can. Luckily I have a complete Gen 1 in the garage to copy and the electrics on this one have not been cut yet.

Picked up a Roller with tank and seat, so can take the cut cafe back to original. Just spied another '96 roller for $500 also with tank and seat. Gumtree special on the Gold Coast. Burgundy frame. Was tempted. Sum of the parts worth more than that. Did Australia get Green Gen 1's? Very desirable.

Don't let me be the deciding vote cause I've got no sense of style according to my children, but I like the cafe styled bandit and it gets my vote.

South East Queensland if you surf. You can have the Crocs and the stingers. I'll take the tiger sharks and odd white pointer.
