Radiator question Empty Radiator question

Hi all, long time no see! Just wondering if anyone can confirm my suspicions regarding radiators. Are 2010 faired Bandit radiators the same as the 2007 bikini faired radiators? I've still got a RadGuard for the 07 for sale and a guy is asking if it will suit his 2010 GSF1250 FA.

Halps?

I know the FA has 2 fans , but I don't know size wise . Revzilla lists these , and the fastening bracket looks different to meĀ
Pretty sure Madmax had one on his .............maybe a PM to him might help .

I'm not 100% sure but seem to recall that the twin fans were fitted to compensate for the extraheate trapped inside the fairing and the lesser airflow

1250S and 1250 Radiator part number is 17710-18H30
1250 FA Radiator part number is 17710-18H10
So they are different, but in what way I don't know

The 1250FA radiator is longer to accommodate the 2 fans and the restricted airflow from the fairings.

I have an old one in the shed, that needs repairing. Absolute width is 475mm
You can have it if you want to organise repairing it. Cheaper than a new one that'll cost $700+
