WE will send it over for you easteners if you like ..............or not LOL
42.4 deg today in Adelaide ( that's 108.3 in the olden day measurement ) only 41.9 deg at Morphett Vale though ................. It's after 11pm now and still over 35 deg where I am .............Hmmm might go a bit more than the forecast 41 deg tomorrow me thinks . ( and the weatherman keeps adding a strange & new word to our forecasts these days.......... " Humid "....... Holy shit )

I'm on 12 noon starts atm, 36 already and I'm close to leaving, glad we've got good showers at work, no point having one before I layer up and head out
Re: Tad warm..............
Well, I fucked up. About 40c here today so I put the aircon on and left the house for a few hours.
Pity I didn't close the front door! (we always go out the kitchen door). D'oh!

I hope Bev's more understanding than Mrs Chook would be for something like that otherwise you've probably had no sleep
My shift switches from 12 noon starts to 8 am today, it should be a bit more pleasant on the ride to work today, still going to be a 39 max and humid though, keep hydrated everyone!
Re: Tad warm..............
It's 17 and raining here. Has been for over 24 hours. I even lit the fire last night it got down near winter temps. I presume you lot will get the low come across your way shortly. So much for summer

we're looking forward to a couple of mid 20's days Sunday/Monday before it heads back into the high 20's for the rest of the week, next 7-14 days are looking superb (not counting tomorrow)

OMG, covering a motorbike in wool certainly isn't a mainland thing. Strange yarns (pun intended) come out of Tassie.

I was referring to summer not the bike LOL ............if Barry likes to spend the long winter months crocheting , far be it for me to comment ( P.S. it needs tassels )Chalkie wrote:OMG, covering a motorbike in wool certainly isn't a mainland thing. Strange yarns (pun intended) come out of Tassie.
