Hi all, its great to see an aussie bandit forum, I have a "09 model I traded my "05 in on it. It's pretty much standard with a couple of creature comforts--Oxford heated grips, throttle lock, Cox engr radiator gaurd , Ventura rack system and a Yoshi TRS,the 05 was a great bike, the 1250 I find awesome.

it's done just over 2k, not a single problem to report, the only dissapointment are the tyres, I don't think they will see much past 5k, and I am no means fast on the road.

I milked my rear tire for 6000km but should have chucked it at 5000. Front lasted 8000. Nothing wrong with the grip but I needed longer life. Fitted PR2 at both ends and have not looked back. Rear takes a little longer to come on but grips to the edge.

I fitted Michelin pilot road 2's to my last bandit, lasted really well and perform more than well enough for me, looks like another set coming up shortly.

I got little over 3000 out of my tyre. I put Pilot Powers on mine. Really happy this them.
