New member from NZ
Hi forum members. I live in Hamilton, NZ. Am thinking I fit the classic mid (or late) life crisis bloke returning to motorcycling after 40 years. Have just bought a 2006 Bandit 1200S, 56,000 km. Was unsure when last serviced and seems to be running well now with new plugs, air filter and lube. Have replaced brake and clutch fluids.
I had a good look at bike options and thought I'd be buying an R series BMW but realised how much value-for-money the Bandit offers. Am well pleased. And, more importantly my dear wife has enjoyed a couple of short rides as pillion. I have been enjoying trawling through this forum. There's a serious wealth of great information from some very experienced folk.

Welcome. Glad to hear you've read through the crap and found a few gems of info. They are a good bunch of people on here even if some of them have moved onto other bikes
