I've sent a email to last event's supplier inquiring about pricing, how late we can order etc.

20 + shirts will drop the price a bit and the more we get will reduce the cost of design set up and postage as they both get divided by the number of shirts

Their pricing hasn't gone up since earlier this year.

Final orders with sizes, colours etc need to be in by January 27th to make sure they get to madmax's before I do on the way to the Island, I'm thinking making the cut off the Friday prior (22nd) so we've still got stacks of time to make our minds up

No dramas mate. There is still plenty of time although time may fly coming up to Christmas period

reddog, Kaylah is a size 12 in normal womans sizes, last meet she got S shirts and they are a bit loose, she thinks Mrs reddog would need to have XS shirts if she's a 10

I saw your question about payment on the other thread, once I get final costs and are putting the order in I'll PM you my bank details to do a transfer. I'm expecting this years to be a little bit dearer as it doesn't look like we'll be getting as many done. 

I took a chance and assumed you wanted Black, let me know if you'd rather 1 or both in a different colour.


BTW: 1 more shirt order and the price will drop a bit

Mine 2X definitely black, if its not too much trouble the small in blue but if not, black is fine.

Mine both will be XL in Black thanks Chook.

Just to give a rough idea on price, I sent a email with the design asking for the full price if we got no more orders than the 18 we had up until then, it worked out to about $26.20 per shirt.

Since then we've had 2 more orders, that drops it down to about $25.50 a shirt atm.

The cost of each shirt drops a bit if we get 21 or more, then the set up cost would also be reduced when divided by the number of shirts.

So atm, maximum cost per shirt will be $25.50, depending on how many more orders we get prior to the cut off date (Sun Jan 24th) the price will go down.
