coolant..how do i check it

Pretty much what the title says i suspect when i bought the bike from the dealership it was checked over 100% im not entirely convinced theres coolant in the bike how can i tell?

If you put "1250 coolant check" in the search engine up on the right there, you'll come up with a ton of responses.

The search engine on this site is actually pretty good, you just need to fed it the right descriptors.  Another way to search the site is to use Google with the query in this format "  1250 coolant check site:nswbandits.forumotion.net  ".  This will work with any forum just substitute the formum URL.
